Hey there! My name is Alexis, but you can call me Lexi. I’m a college student majoring in Pastoral Ministry, something I never expected but can’t imagine my life without now. I’m also a die-hard cheerleader, a coffee addict, and someone who overthinks absolutely everything. This blog is where I get to process life, faith, and everything in between.
I’ve always had a lot to say (sometimes too much!), so writing has been my way of making sense of everything—faith, struggles, growth, and all the crazy in-between moments. So if you’re here, welcome to my thoughts in blog form!
A Few Fun Facts About Me
- I’m obsessed with sunflowers, I actually have my first tattoo of one. They’re my favorite flower because they always remind me of light and growth.
- I love being active, whether that’s running, hiking, or just staying busy. It’s a big part of my life, even though I don’t always have time for it!
- I’m a coffee addict—seriously, I can’t function without it! It’s my go-to fuel for long study sessions or busy days.
- I also really enjoy traveling. Exploring new places, hiking, and taking in the beauty of nature are things that fill me with peace and purpose.
- One of my favorite Bible verses is Job 8:21: “He will yet fill your mouth with laughter, and your lips with shouts of joy.” It’s a reminder that, no matter what, joy is just around the corner.
What You’ll Find Here
If nothing else, I promise this blog will be a mix of faith, honesty, and maybe even a few moments that make you laugh (or cringe). Whether I’m reflecting on personal growth, sharing stories from my cheerleading journey, or discussing lessons learned in my faith, I want this space to feel real and inspiring.
I’m at a point in my life where I’m figuring out my identity outside of cheerleading, which has always been a huge part of who I am. So as I continue this journey, I’m excited to share the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
Thanks for being here—this is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to take you along for the ride! Stay tuned!
